Hello Praying Friends!
I am so thankful for each of you! Prayer is a crucial part of our spiritual lives. Praying for one another is imperative for the church of our Lord Jesus! With that said, I appreciate your faithfulness to pray each week for me as I preach the Word. I deeply appreciate your commitment to support the proclamation of the Word through prayer! As you can see, we are continuing on through the book of James. James would not be voted into many churches today! He’s relentless in challenging any threats to the spiritual maturity of his readers. I am challenged in many ways as I pray, read and study James each week. The Lord is growing me through this process. I trust the same is happening in you as well. God bless you!
These verses are very important to our understanding of James 4. Please read them if at all possible.
Matthew 22:37-40 (NKJV) Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38   This is the first and great commandment. 39   And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40   On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

James 2:8 (NKJV) If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well;
Leviticus 19:18 (NKJV) You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.

God bless you! Enjoy your evening, and I will see you in the morning!
