What a beautiful Friday! With Father’s Day before us, it looks like we have a wonderful weekend in store. It is worthy to note that the last verse (150:6) of the book of Psalms says, Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the LORD. As God’s people, praising the LORD is a part of who we are, and what we do! The Apostle Paul echoes this same spirit in 1 Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice evermore! Take some time today, and reflect on the LORD and His goodness to us as His church. You won’t regret it!

Thank you so much for your faithfulness in financially supporting your church and our ministries. Presently there is a financial need in our Faith Promise Missions Ministry. Every month we give almost $4000.00 to our Gospel outreach here at home and to families living in other nations. Please consider adding to your monthly Faith Promise Mission giving or give an extra offering to Faith Promise Missions. I’ve asked our leaders to do the same. Together we can meet this need. You’ve always responded when I’ve shared with you! I love you and appreciate your generosity! You can give online at gracechurchnc.com (Give Online Button) or mail your gift to Grace Church at 3551 S. Charles Blvd. Greenville, NC 27858. Please feel free to contact our church office at (252-355-3500) with your questions.

As you know, this Sunday is Father’s Day. I will begin a short series through the Old Testament book of Habakkuk. This is my first series of sermons from this “Minor Prophet.” I am looking forward to it. Remember, your prayers are always important. Habakkuk has 56 verses. Take a look… it’s an interesting read in light of where we are as a nation. We ALL need Habakkuk’s message! It’s definitely appropriate for the times in which we live. I am looking forward to our time together!

ONE REMINDER: This Sunday we will be back to our pre-covid schedule. Sunday School will begin at 9:45am with Worship beginning at 11:00am. There will NOT be a 9:00am Worship Service. God bless you!

Rejoice Evermore!
