Hello Grace Church!

I trust you’ve enjoyed your week. We thank the Lord for His faithfulness and goodness! It’s always a good thing to stop and reflect on what the Lord is doing in our lives. What a great God we serve! He never fails us… Be sure to thank HIM for His blessings upon you and yours!

Tomorrow, we will be looking into II Timothy 3:14-17. Paul turns our hearts to the Word of God. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Read your Bible and let the Word of God speak to your heart. Through His Word the Lord strengthens our faith in Him. We can always trust the Lord. Virtually every time we read God’s Word; we should expect God’s Spirit to bless us in some way. The Lord’s ultimate goal for us is conformity to the person of His Son. The Spirit doesn’t just fill us with religious information. The Spirit shapes us into a greater likeness to our Lord Jesus. While the world does everything it can to draw us away; God’s Spirit speaks life to our inner man. HOPE springs up through the Holy Spirit’s work in us. Through God’s Word our faith grows, and our faith grows stronger. That’s something to be thankful for. God bless you!

Prayer requests: Heather Barth (Cancer surgery), Larry Farrell (Rehab), friends traveling, our services tomorrow, children and adults attending camp, their safety in travel to and from camp, our missionaries (James Byakika, Carmen Moyer, Sasha, Violette and family, our country, our church outreach here in Greenville, VBS coming July 8-12 and for our Youth Pastor search team. Also, we were blessed today with a tremendous Men’s Fellowship Breakfast (50+ men and children) PRAISE THE LORD!
