Hello Grace Church Family and Friends!
What an awesome God we serve! How patient and longsuffering is He? Even when we sin, He says… 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Lord is gracious and merciful to His children! I recently read this verse from Psalm 103:14 For He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust. As we grow in grace, we see His loving hand separate us unto Himself! I John 2 tells us that we have an “Advocate” with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous! The Lord’s desire is to know us… He loves us too much to leave us in our sins!
As you pray this evening ask the Lord to draw sinners to Himself! His desire is to see sinners saved… Lord, may this be our desire! John 6:44 No man can come to Me, except the Father which hath sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. I can’t save anyone! Neither can you… but we can certainly beg God to save those who hear His Word! Tomorrow’s message focuses on the indifference of those that heard Jesus preach and teach and also perform many “mighty works.” They rejected the light He offered and remained burdened by their sins. Join me and ask the Lord to save the one nearest hell! Like Nicodemus in John 3, men need to be reborn spiritually! Thank the Lord that He is still saving the lost!
