Happy New Year 2024! We finished 2023 strong… we are excited about 2024! It’s always a good thing to count your blessings! Take a few minutes this evening and thank the Lord for His goodness to you and yours.
Psalm 100:1-5 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Psalm 150:6 Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Let me encourage you to join a Sunday Class in 2024. You will meet new people and make new friends. We have an awesome church family. Make it a goal for 2024 to join a Sunday Bible study class. Plus, it’s always good to study the Word of God with other believers. FELLOWSHIP MATTERS! Then again, our children’s classes have wonderful teachers. Given the status of our world today, you cannot go wrong training your children in things of God. Please take some time to consider these matters and move forward in your Christian life.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Tomorrow we will serve Communion in the 11:00AM Worship Service. You can read Philippians 3:1-11 for my message at 11:00AM. It’s entitled, “GENUINE PASSION PART II.” We will focus on 3:10-11. I look forward to seeing you there. Enjoy your evening… love you all!
AWANA CLUBS for 2024 start tomorrow night at 5:00PM. Our adult classes will also meet at 5:15PM. There is something for everyone! GOD BLESS YOU!
