Good evening Praying Friends,

In our Morning Worship Service, I will continue our sermon series through THE ARMOR OF GOD! What an eye-opening series of messages. The sooner we understand our evil & vile enemy the better off we will be as servants of Jesus Christ. As I mentioned recently, I do not like studying in this particular area regarding our Adversary Satan. I do so because we all need to realize that we are in a battle with the forces of hell. We need to know our enemy! The better we understand our enemy the more effective we will be as we stand for Jesus Christ and the Gospel. When Jesus confronted the devil in the wilderness, He quoted the Word of God and stood His ground. Even weakened after fasting for forty days, Jesus stood against our Adversary. The fact is this… “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God!” Please join us tomorrow for the fifth message in this series. Prepare your heart to hear God’s Word. Ask the Lord to draw us closer to Himself and to save sinners! Your prayers may mean the difference between heaven and hell for someone attending Grace Church tomorrow.

Matthew 4:4 (KJV) But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Thank you for your faithfulness to our Lord Jesus! He is worthy of our praise. Be sure to count your blessings and remember WHO gave them to you! The Lord is good… HE IS OUR HEAVENLY FATHER!

Here are a few names to pray for this evening:  Pat Hoffman, Dave Pettitt, JB & Elsie Nichols, Kenneth Smith, Bill Stancill, Ray Evans, Becky Thorpe, Dennis Day, Coral Whichard, Chuck Wadley, David Stahl, Richard Lindsey, Tricia Garrett family, the Maury Darden family and President Biden and our nation. I know I’ve missed a friend or two here… forgive me in advance ☺️

Tonight, souls are in the balance… the Lord knows who they are. Let’s pray for their salvation. Acts 1:8 (KJV) But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
